Acess Conditions - Vasco da Gama Tower

Ticket usage conditions:

Vasco da Gama Tower (VGT) access tickets are for single use and are valid for 30 days after the purchase date. At the end of this period, the tickets will expire and cannot be used beyond this period and are non-refundable. After this period, the tickets will expire and cannot be used beyond that time, and they are non-refundable.
You must keep your tickets in a safe place and VGT will not be responsible for any situation arising from the duplication of tickets.
The occurrence or prediction of the occurrence of adverse atmospheric conditions, maintenance interventions, technical problems or due to the reservation of the venue for exclusive events, may temporarily prevent access to the Vasco da Gama Tower. In these circumstances, the ticket may be used within the validity period or a refund may be requested within the same period.
In periods of high affluence, in which the maximum capacity of the venue is reached, access will be temporarily closed in order to guarantee the necessary safety conditions.

General Access Rules:

It is not allowed to access/stay if someone is notoriously drunk or apparently has some psychic anomaly.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Children up to 12 years old, inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult.
Children must show their identity cards.
It is expressly forbidden to swing the cabins of the elevators.
It is strictly forbidden to swing the lift cabins.
Access is not permitted with suitcases and/or other types of luggage.
Entry of outside food and/or beverages, including birthday cakes, is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Anyone who is notoriously drunk or appears to have some kind of mental anormality is not allowed access/permanence.

It is expressly forbidden to swing from lift cabins.
It is strictly forbidden to swing the lift cabins.
Access with travelling bags and/or other types of objects is not permitted.
Entry of outside food and/or beverages, including birthday cakes, is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Specific access conditions:

The dress code is smart casual. Flip-flops, slippers, hats, tank tops, sportswear or beachwear are not allowed.
There is a mandatory minimum consumption of €15.00.
The minimum consumption card is handed out in person at the door and cannot be purchased online.
Reservations are not accepted; entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Entry to the venue is allowed up to 30 minutes before closing time.
